By using NoodleTon, you agree to these terms.

The app

NoodleTon is a learning-practice and focus-training app for children, used under a parent or guardian's supervision. It is a practice tool, not a diagnostic, clinical, or medical product, and doesn't replace professional educational or developmental advice.

Subscriptions

• A parent/guardian account (email or phone number) is required to start a subscription — see the Privacy Policy for what that account stores.
• A free trial of 7 days is offered on both plans, once per account.
• Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial or billing period ends, your subscription renews automatically at the price shown at purchase (₹87/month or ₹840/year).
• Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID or Google Play account subscription settings — we cannot cancel it for you from within the app.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies, since they process the payment, not us.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app or its content. The games, art, and audio in NoodleTon are licensed or owned by us and may not be redistributed.

Changes

We may update these terms or the app's features over time. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the current terms.
